-English version below - Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 01. bis zum 20. Dezember, weil ich für ein Praktikum nicht in Berlin sein werde. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet, auch viele meiner Sachen bleiben in der Zeit drin - aber ich werde auf jeden Fall Platz für dich schaffen! Du teilst dir zwei Badezimmer mit drei Mitbewohner*innen und die Küche mit fünf Personen, die ist aber ziemlich groß und die anderen Bewohner*innen zum Glück super nett.
I'm renting out my room from December 1st to 20th because I won't be in Berlin for an internship. The room will be rented fully furnished, and many of my things will stay in it during this time - but I will definitely make space for you! You'll be sharing two bathrooms with three flatmates and the kitchen with five people, but it's pretty big and luckily the other residents are super nice.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. OG im Dachgeschoss in der Sanderstraße, in Neukölln an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg, sehr nahe am Landwehrkanal und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom U-Bahnhof Schönleinstraße (U8) entfernt.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor in the attic in Sanderstraße, in Neukölln on the border to Kreuzberg, very close to the Landwehrkanal and only a 5-minute walk from Schönleinstraße subway station (U8).
Du teilst dir die Wohnung, d.h. zwei Badezimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein Arbeitszimmer und einen Balkon, mit derzeit fünf sehr lieben Mitbewohner*innen. Das Zusammenleben hier ist sehr gemeinschaftlich, wir sind befreundet und kochen abends oft zusammen. Wenn dir das in der Zeit zu viel ist, ist das aber auch okay - wichtig ist uns trotzdem, dass alle aufeinander achten und rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen. Dazu gehört für uns zum Beispiel, die Wohnung für alle sauber und ordentlich zu hinterlassen, aber auch eine gute Kommunikation.
You share the apartment, i.e. two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a study and a balcony, with currently five very lovely flatmates. Living together here is very communal, we are friends and often cook together in the evenings. If that'd be too much for you at the moment, that's also fine - however, it's still important to us that everyone looks out for each other and treats each other with respect. This includes leaving the apartment clean and tidy for everyone, but also good communication.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten wie Strom und Internet enthalten, außerdem teilen wir uns eine wöchentliche Lieferung Obst und Gemüse von der solidarischen Landwirtschaft, der Anteil ist ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten.

The rent includes all utilities such as electricity and internet, and we also share a weekly delivery of fruit and vegetables from a solidarity-based agriculture, which is also included in the rent.
