Hi all,
From 6th January until 6th March (give or take a few days potentially later) I'm looking for someone to take my room whilst I'm away In South America.
We are located On Wönnichstraße, just a 2 min walk from S/U Licthenberg.
The whole apartment is fully renovated and is at a high standard.
The location is incredibly convenient, just two S-Bahn stops (4 minutes) from Ostkreuz.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and wardrobe. A large windows ensures the room is bright and welcoming. Room is around 21qm, with the combined living room space being around 36qm in total.
The house is equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and various home appliances, as shown in the pictures. There is a spacious living room that connects right to each bedroom and a dining table.
The apartment is ideally located in the kiez, there's a Penny supermarket right behind the building and an Edeka inside the S-Bahn station, along with a pharmacy, Rossmann, which is open on Sundays as well as various restaurants and cafes.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and pleasant, with friendly neighbours.
The monthly rent is 850€ all-inclusive per month. (also potentially open for some negotiation)
