Das Zimmer ist ca.15 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten, ruhig zum Hof gelegen und kriegt viel Sonne am Nachmittag im Sommer, auch ziemlich viel Licht im Winter.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, das Möbel, was aktuell da ist kann aber bis ca. April/Mai von dir benutzt werden bei Bedarf. Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 qm groß, hat eine gemütliche Küche und modernes Bad mit der Dusche. Einzug ab sofort oder ab 1.01 flexibel möglich.

The room is approximately 15 square meters in size, square-shaped, quietly located facing the courtyard, and gets plenty of afternoon sun in the summer, as well as quite a lot of light in the winter.
The room is rented unfurnished, but the current furniture can be used by you until around April/May if needed. The apartment is approximately 65 square meters, has a cozy kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Move-in is possible immediately or from January 1st, with flexibility.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stadtteil Berlin Siemensstadt an der Grenze zu Charlottenburg Nord. Es sind ca. 4 min bis zur U7 Siemensdamm von der Wohnungstür und 3 Stationen mit der U7 entfernt von Ringstation Jungfernheide. Alle nötige Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang entfernt von der Wohnung ist der schöne Jungfernheidepark mit einem Badesee.

The apartment is located in the Berlin district of Siemensstadt, near the border with Charlottenburg Nord. It is about a 4-minute walk to the U7 Siemensdamm station from the apartment door, and just 3 stops on the U7 to the Ringbahn station Jungfernheide. All essential shops for daily needs are nearby. A 10-minute walk from the apartment takes you to the beautiful Jungfernheide Park, which has a swimming lake.

Ich wohne in der Wohnung aktuell mit meiner Katze Carmi. Es ist von daher wichtig, dass du Katzen magst oder zumindest nichts dagegen hast. Natürlich kannst du deine Zimmertür geschlossen halten, wenn du nicht wünscht, dass die Miezi dich auch besuchen kommt :) Mir ist ein friedliches und gutes Miteinander wichtig und ich suche eine Person, die eher ruhig ist, Rücksicht nehmen kann und auch Lust auf WG-Leben hat.

I currently live in the apartment with my cat, Carmi. Therefore, it’s important that you like cats or at least don’t mind them. Of course, you can keep your room door closed if you prefer that the kitty doesn’t come to visit you :)
A peaceful and friendly coexistence is very important to me, and I’m looking for someone who is rather calm, considerate, and also interested in shared living.
