Large, quiet top floor apartment in Friedrichshain: back house, 150m2, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 large living and dining room, roof terrace.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. The roof terrace with sun loungers and plants faces south.🌞
The cozy room that is available is 12 square meters and really bright. It is partly furnished, so there will be a bed and some essentials.
The room is free until the end of april – with the possibility of extension – since we already have a friend who will maybe move in in may.
In Friedrichshain, close to Prenzlauer Berg.
S-Bahn and tram stops are just 5-10 minutes away. Volkspark Friedrichshain and Samariterkiez are both within a 10-minute walk. Friedrichshain, Mitte, and Prenzlauer Berg can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes. And even Kreuzberg is only a short 10 minute bike ride away! 🚲
We are Max, Larissa and Helena. We already lived in this flat for a while and are now taking over the flat from the former OGs of the flat. They are a couple and found a nice flat for their own but you will probably see them here and there :)
So we are taking over the flat in January and therefore looking for 2 new roomies from then on.
Lari is a super outgoing and sporty person who loves to party (sometimes with Helena), hang out with friends and sing along to Taylor Swift Songs in the shower.🎤🪩 You can win Max' heart over by knowing what mycelium is or sharing his love for dogs. He is a real minimalist and thinks about every item entering his room or the flat, but owns 2 clothing pieces that are 'the room'-themed.🗝️🐕 Helena enjoys caring for the neighbourhood crows and you will often find her on the balcony leaving them tasty treats.🐦⬛🥜 She had a traumatic experience with them, but decided to become friends rather than enemies.
In January also Marius will move in, our new roommate. He is a wizard at the saxophone and we heard, that he can whip up a mean beetroot salad. 🎷🥗
Max and Helena are a couple and if you catch them doing stuff together, it's either them longboarding on tempelhofer feld during sunny days or when you come home at 4 in the night, they are sitting on the couch and are crocheting while watching romcoms and getting angry at all the sexist scenes.
Lari and Helena are friends since 5. grade so they are basically like sisters and have a common friend circle. The main meeting point for that friend circle is our living room where we do crafternoons, gaming nights or just cook a big meal together.
So we all hang out together a lot, but we are a mixture of introverts, intro/extroverts and extroverts, so we all need and respect me-time. :)
Our official Flatshare-Language is English, so you should be confident enough to mainly speak that!
We all work remotely from home, travel a lot and tidiness is really, really, really important to us. We are grown out of untidy and dirty student flats and evolved to ✨responsible grown ups✨ who really value a nice, well taken care of space.
We are all vegan, so it would be great if you are also veggie since we are not super font of the smell of meat being cooked.👀
When we see each other in the evening, we like to eat, drink or chat together. But there are also evenings when nobody is there or everyone goes to bed early.
We are looking for someone who fits well into the flatshare and also enjoys hanging out and also feels a sense of responsibility for the shared stuff.💖
⚠️ Important: Keep in mind that the furniture on the pictures will very different once you move in, also in the room due to the takeover of the flatshare. We can give you more information once we have a call.
⚠️ Also note, that the rent is not set yet. Most likely it will be cheaper, but since we are only taking over the flat we just set the rent to maximum 650€.
