3 women flat sharing/ 3 Frauen W.G. in Steglitz (FU from around.5km)

0. It is a women-sharing flat (for 3 person). Please do not contact me, if you are a man, please.

1.Things of Rent: Your Room size is around 16㎡. Common area size is around 20㎡. You will become 4 keys: 1 Mailbox, 1 Building entrance, 2 doors of House. There are 1 bed, 1 table&chair, 1 bookshelf.

2. Rent: 374 euros (gas, water included) + 106 euros (electricity, internet, Broadcast fee/Rundfunkbeitrag, etc.) total 480 euros. Additionally consumables (for example, Toilet paper) for livings cost around 10 euro per month.

*If something that we use in commonarea (like the washing machine) breaks, I can charge you one-third of the cost.
*If nachzahlung happens, I will tell you later. Gas and electricity costs are calculated based on averages over the past year, but you may be charged more in the future if there's an increase.

3. Deposit: 400 euros. If there are no problems after you using, I will refund you within 6 months of the end of the contract.

4. Paying Rent: Please pay me by the 1st of every month.

5. Period of rent: 2025. Feb. 01~ 2026. Dec. 31. It can be extended. I do prefer person, who can make a long term contract.

6. Kündigung: If you would like to end your contract earlier, please let me know at least three months in advance. If you want to end your contract earlier, you should recommend 3 other candidates. I can also give you 3 months before notice to move out.

7. Temporal/short term tenant is not permitted.

8. If someone you invite damages house or anything in it, you and that person are responsible for compensation.

9. There are cleaning& doing laundry schedules and detailed rules when you use it, because here is old building (for example: care to ventilation because of the mold & insects and so on.) and it helps saving money. (If we use disposable dishcloths, we will pay more money, and so on.) It is a high level for cleaning in German standard. You should be a tidy person here.

11. I do not prefer the smoking person, but let’s talk about it. The pet is not allowed.
