Hello everyone.
So, the room I am renting out is furnished with a futon, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
It's one of two rooms in my apartment and we will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen, the latter of which I will provide all appliances for.
The room is north Prenzlauer Berg/Weißensee in a quiet spot, however the Trams (M2, M4, M13 and 12) are a 5 minute and Ringbahn 12 minute foot walk away.
All bills included.
Personally I am a well travelled, lively person who enjoys life to all extends.
Since I have a high-energy requiring job, I do like to retreat into my private space after a days work, but I'm usually down for a quick chat or a cuppa tea :)
I made the room available for the summer period because I had a student in the back of my mind, but anyone who is looking to stay in Berlin temporarily is welcome to get in touch.
I'd say I'm flexible with the dates and duration, bearing in mind that I will only return from a travel on March 27th.
The person I'm looking for is an open, friendly and respectful person, who likes to live in a clean environment.
I don't drink, consume, party or eat meat, I don't mind if you do, but I would mind if you did in the flat.
