About Me:
I’m an engineer (she/her/queer) and I work full-time. For the past few years, I’ve lived alone after nearly 10 years in shared apartments (WGs). Currently, I’m focusing on work, building my own company, and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle with fitness as a big part of my routine.
I’m a flexible and social person, but I also enjoy diving into my hobbies, which include winter sports, skating, fitness, and technology. I’m a bit of a computer geek and can get very absorbed in my hobbies and I sometimes forget about everyone else for days ... While I used to party a lot, those days are behind me—no more FOMO!
I recently quit smoking after many years, so I’d prefer a non-smoker, though I’m okay if you smoke outside.
Languages: I speak German, English, and Polish, and I plan to learn Spanish. If you speak any of these languages natively, it’s a plus—but not a must!
Dogs: I love dogs, and dogs are welcome in the apartment. I might even get a dog myself in the future (I haven’t decided yet). If you’re allergic to dogs, this might not be the best fit for you.
The apartment also has a big terrace that we can organize and decorate together if you want. The high ceilings in the apartment create a spacious, airy feeling.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a quiet street near Görlitzer Park and the canal. Despite being on a street with light traffic, the windows ensure that you won’t hear any noise, and there’s a 10-meter buffer between the apartment and the street for added peace.
The building community is friendly, and we have a shared garden that adds to the charm. The neighborhood feels very safe and welcoming.
All kinds of shops are within a 5-minute walking distance, including Netto, Rewe, Edeka, and the LPG Bio-Markt. Public transportation is also conveniently nearby.
