Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber sehr gut angebunden. In 5 min ist man an einer Bushaltestelle, von welcher man gut nach Kreuzberg kommt. Auch die Sbahn Warschauer Str oder Ostkreuz sind beide ca 10 min entfernt und so fußläufig erreichbar. Unten im Haus gibt es außerdem einen Netto und gegenüber eine kleine Kneipe.

The apartment is located in a relatively quiet residential area but is very well connected. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to Kreuzberg. The S-Bahn stations Warschauer Straße and Ostkreuz are both about a 10-minute walk away.
There is also a Netto supermarket right downstairs and a small pub across the street.

Deine beiden Mitbewohner sind beide berufstätig und legen viel Wert auf ein gutes miteinander. Du solltest viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legen und bereit sein die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu halten.
Das WG Leben findet viel im Wohnzimmer/der Küche statt und es wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht und gegessen.
