Hi, (Deutsch weiter unten)
I'm leaving my place and am looking for someone to stay in my room until I'm out of the contract.
The flat has high ceilings and your 20m2 room would have a balcony. There is also a garden that goes right to the Spree so you can sit at the water.
We are leaving the flat because at some point this spring a construction site will start on the bordering property and also at some point in the garden. So there might be noise. We don't know when exactly it will begin, though.
I can provide you with a mattress, a pillow and a blanket but I'll take my furniture with me so the room will be mostly empty.
The kitchen will still be fully functional, there's a washing machine and everything.
Public transport from here is better than you might expect. From Schöneweide and Baumschwulenweg there are direct connections to the Ring in each direction and also S9 (which is going through the Ring). Also because we are between the airport and the city center connections at night are much better than in many other places.
I'm moving out on the 2nd of March. So that's the earliest point that you can move in.
We don't know yet whether the contract will run for another 2 or 3 months. But that's how long you can have the room and I'll update this here as soon as we know the duration.

Ich ziehe um, und suche jemanden, um hier zu wohnen, solange mein Vertrag noch läuft. Das werden 2-3 Monate sein ab 02.03. (Es ist noch nicht raus, ob wir vielleicht nach zwei Monaten aus dem Vertrag können, ich update das dann hier.)
Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und das 20m2 Zimmer einen Balkon. Es gibt auch einen Garten, der direkt an der Spree liegt und wo man am Wasser sein kann.
Wir verlassen hier nach und nach die Wohnung, da nebenan und auch im Garten irgendwann eine Baustelle sein wird. Ab wann genau ist nicht bekannt, aber es wird wohl irgendwann in der nächsten Zeit losgehen. Es kann also sein, dass es irgendwann Baulärm nebenan gibt.
Ich kann zum Schlafen eine Matratze oder Schlafcouch ins Zimmer stellen und hätte auch noch Decke und Kissen, aber ansonsten werde ich meine Möbel mitnehmen. Das Zimmer wird also größtenteils leer sein. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht in Küche und Bad.
Die Anbindung hier ist besser, als man vielleicht erwarten würde. Von Schöneweide und Baumschulenweg kommt man schnell per Direkverbindung oben und unten auf den Ring oder mit der S9 mitten durch. Dadurch das hinter uns der Flughafen liegt, kommt man auch Nachts jederzeit nach Hause.
Ich ziehe am 02.03. aus, das wäre also der früheste Einzugstermin. Ab da könntest du, wie oben gesagt, das Zimmer für 2-3 Monate haben.
Schreibt mir einfach, gerne auch mit einer Handynummer, das geht vielleicht am schnellsten.
