Subrenting my bedroom for 7 weeks starting from 6 March (rent period can be shorter if needed). The rent is 500€ for 4 weeks and 700€ for 7 weeks of rent.
The flat is fully furnished and very nice and cosy. Lots of day light and quiet environment at night.
The bedroom includes a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
The flat is perfectly located at Schönhauser Allee, Prenzlauer Berg. It's a 1 min walk to Tram 12, a 5 min walk to the S-Bahn ring, and a 10 min walk to U2. Supermarkets Rewe and Netto are a 5 min walk.
Mauer Park with its Sunday flea Market and live music is only 15 min walk away. Prenzlauer Berg cafés and restaurants are all at walking distance.
You will live with Daniela, a 34-year-old Colombian woman who's very friendly. She will respect your space and privacy.
The shared spaces are the kitchen, the livingroom and the bathroom. The kitchen is integrated in the livingroom.
I would like you to meet you in person in the upcoming days and show you the flat. The whole rent will be required to be transfered on the first day of rental.
