Would you like to be our new Flatmate?
We have a free room in our 3-room shared apartment in Friederichshain on Auerstr.
You will live with Kiri and Christopher, we are both Danes and currently share the apartment. We are both in our mid-30s and work full time.
As we both have quite a busy schedule during the week days, so we value a calm and relaxed atmosphere around the flat, and we are looking for someone with a somewhat similar work/life balance, either someone who works full time or studies.
It would be cool if all could enjoy a coffee or occasional beer/wine together from time to time, but other than that we pretty much have our own lives going… and our crazy party days are well behind us - we are simply too old for that stuff :D
We prefer to keep the flat nice and clean, and we have cleaning schedule that we follow, clean up after our selves in the common areas, but otherwise it is pretty relaxed.
The flat has a large kitchen with dinning area, dishwasher and all you need for cooking. We have a large bathroom with the classic bathtub, and a smaller toilet - so no queuing in the morning.
The free room is approx. 17 m2 and is unfurnished. There is plenty of natural daylight in the room due to the large windows.
The room is available from 16.03, but can also be taken over a little later in the month if it suits you better.
Unfortunately, registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
The rent is 628.82 Euro per month all inclusive (heating, electricity, water, internet, TV license, etc.). Deposit is 1,244.13

The flat lies in the calm and green part of Weberwiese, Friederichshain. We can recommend enjoying the sun in Rosengarten, or do some activities in Auerdreieck, both only 2 minutes away. The U5 line is only 3 min away on foot.
