Bei uns werden zwei Zimmer frei.
Allerdings wird ein Hund stattdessen einziehen. Mal sehen wie viel Platz der braucht. Aber ein Zimmer ist auf jeden Fall frei.
Die Zimmer sind eher klein, dafür hat aber die Wohnung ein sehr großes Wohn/Esszimmer und einen schönen Balkon.
Es könnte teilweise möbliert sein.
Alles ziemlich ruhig, U-Bahn Linie 6 max 10 min entfernt.
Meine Tochter (11) wird wechseln und ca 50% da sein. Ich bin berufstätig und genieße das Leben. Unter der Woche gehe ich ziemlich früh ins Bett und stehe dementsprechend früh auf.
Ich koche sehr gerne und wünsche mir eine_n Mitbewohner_in, mit der_dem es passt. Das müsste man erstmal ausprobieren.

Lucy(11yrs), Coco (dog) and me are looking for a trustful person, who's taking the free room.
The room itself is rather small but we share a large living room with a south side balcony. It's all located between two parks in a calm and green area. But with U6 subway you are in 15-20 min at Friedrichstraße.
I'd like to have a person who's adult and able to care for him-/herself. It'd be nice to share some time, some meals and so on and to have your own spare time as well.
If you'd like to walk the dog - that would be a win win :)
