We are looking for someone who'd like to sublet a cozy 12 square meters room in our apartment + office space between 19 July –31 December 2024 (dates slightly flexible). Any gender and age are welcome. Please note that the room will be sublet unfurnished.
The apartment is a huge (176m2) and wonderful Altbau in Schöneberg with 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, and a balcony. There is a shared office space with a big desk, which you are welcome to use. Life with us is quiet and communal: we work, like to hang out sometimes but also live independently, and have no parties in the apartment.
The price for the room and the shared office space is 750 euros, with a deposit of 300 euros, which will be refunded after December 31.
The neighborhood is amazing, with lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby.
