Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 m² groß, hell und hat einen schönen Dielenboden. Vor dem Fenster steht ein Baum, der etwas Sichtschutz bietet (Gegenüber stehen aber auch keine hohen Häuser, von denen man ins Zimmer gucken könnte) und im Sommer bietet der Baum etwas Schutz vor der Sonne, die von morgens bis Nachmittags reinscheint.
Die Decken sind ca. 3,40 m hoch, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut und macht das Zimmer schnell warm.
Aktuell habe ich noch eine Mitbewohnerin, die bald auszieht. Die Möbel sind nicht in der Miete inklusive - du kannst das Zimmer also ganz nach deinen Vorstellungen gestalten!
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Im Flur gibt es auch die Möglichkeit ein paar wenige Kisten oder ähnliches zu verstauen. An meinem Zimmer befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Balkon, den du (nach Absprache) auch gerne nutzen kannst.
Haustiere sind erwünscht.

The room is about 20 m², bright and has a nice wooden floor. There is a tree in front of the window, which provides some privacy (there are no tall houses opposite anyways, from which you could look into the room) and in the summer it provides some protection from the sun, which shines in from morning to afternoon.
The ceilings are about 3.40 m high, the heating works very well and makes the room warm quickly.
My roommate moeves out soon, furniture is not included, so you can design the room to your favors!
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine, the bathroom is small but sufficient. In the hallway, there is also the possibility to store a few boxes or similar things. At my room is a small balcony, which you can also use (by arrangement).
Pets are welcome!
Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht im hippen Teil Neuköllns, ist aber durch diverse Busverbindungen (M44 S+U Hermannstraße, M46 S+U Zoologischer Garten, 170 S+U Rathaus Steglitz) sehr gut angebunden. In ca. 10 Min kann man außerdem zur U7 (Station Blaschkoallee) laufen. Zum Alexanderplatz und Ostkreuz braucht man bspw. ca. 30 min, zum Südkreuz 20.
In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte (Netto, Edeka, Penny) und ein Rossmann sowie Apotheken, und Ärzt*innen aller Fachrichtungen (alles fußläufig). Ein McFit ist direkt um die Ecke.
Unweit der Wohnung befindet sich das Schloss mit dem Gutshof Britz, der wirklich sehr schön ist. Diverse kleinere Parks (inkl. eines Motorikparks) und Grünstreifen gibt's auch, sodass man sehr entspannt spazieren, joggen oder in der Sonne liegen kann.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 12 Minuten am Tempelhofer Feld.

Even though the apartment is not located in the hip part of Neukölln, it is still very well connected by various bus connections (M44 S+U Hermannstraße, M46 S+U Zoologischer Garten, 170 S+U Rathaus Steglitz). In about 10 minutes you can also walk to the U7 (Blaschkoallee station). To Alexanderplatz and Ostkreuz, for example, it takes about 30 min, to Südkreuz 20.
Nearby are supermarkets (Netto, Edeka, Penny) and a Rossmann as well as pharmacies, and doctors of all specialties (all within walking distance). There's a fitness studio (McFit) just around the corner.
Not far from the apartment is the Schloss und Gutshof Britz, which is really beautiful. Various smaller parks (including a motion park) and other green areas are around, so you can easily talk a walk, jog or lie in the sun.
To Tempelhofer Feld it only takes approx. 12 minutes by bike.
Ich heiße Lou, bin 35 und arbeite in der schulischen Bildungslandschaft- mal von Zuhause, mal im Büro. In meiner Freizeitgestaltung bin ich etwas sprunghaft, von Zeichnen, Gitarre spiele, Lesen, Brot backen und irgendwas rumwerkeln ist da irgendwie alles dabei. Als ruhige und introvertierte Person suche ich keine reine Zweck-WG und wünsche mir, dass wir uns gut verstehen und - idealerweise haben wir ähnliche Einstellungen zum Leben und ähnliche Interessen - oder wir lernen etwas voneinander :)
Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zieht zum April aus. Bevorzugt suche ich nach FLINTA* bzw. einer Person aus der queeren Community, bin aber generell offen für alle - mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, du Awareness für verschiedenste -ismen und Neurodiversität hast.
Ich lebe vegetarisch-vegan, bin nicht-binär, queer-feministisch und schätze offene und ehrliche Kommunikation. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass du gendersensibel, ehrlich und kommunikativ bist :)

If you move in here, you will not only find a shared room, but also a really great house community. The neighbors are all super helpful, in the summer we often sit together in the courtyard and barbecue, play games or enjoy a drink together. Many of them are similar in age to me (about 30-40 years), but there are also several student shared flats and long-established neighbors who have been living here for more than 50 years.
