We are renting our spacious and bright room while we are away on holidays. It has a double bed and a futon so 2 people can easily stay there. It also has a working desk and some plants that will need water once or twice during that time.
There is a big kitchen and fridge and one bathroom and balcony to share.
The apartment is not towards the main street so it's not that noisy. Walking distance of 5 mins there is a Netto, 3 different bus stops, a pharmacy, a bakery and more. By 15 mins walk or taking the bus you are in the u7 and less than 10 mins bike you are in U8 and ring bahn at hermanstr.
You will be sharing the apartment with Alé. She works a lot but you will find her in the kitchen sometimes. She is super nice and active person so easy to share time with or maybe even make some plans.
We are looking for clean and organized people.
The price is €850/month, including internet and electricity bill for 2 people. This is a SHORT TERM stay, start/end dates can be flexible so just ask and we can find a middle ground
Place write to us if you are interested after you read all the info. No kids, yes to pets :)
Last time we lost our renter last minute so we might be asking for part of the rent beforehand (200 euros in advanced).
We welcome people from all around and hope you have a lovely stay at our place, is a very cousy flat, we made it from cero and it has all the basics in the kitchen for cooking whatever, a nice balcony with plants, washing machine inside too and the bin and recycling are on the OG floor.
