Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und ca.67 qm groß. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm. Küche, Bad, Balkon und der Hinterhofgarten werden gemeinsam genutzt.Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus.
Die Wohnung ist in U Bahn Nähe Ernst Reuter Platz U2 Technische Uni und U7 Richard Wagner Platz, 2 verschiedene Busse in Fusswegnähe fahren in Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Turmstr, Zehlendorf und zum Zoo. Es gibt Rewe und Edeka einen Späti Ärzte*innen und Restaurants direkt in der Straße. Ich habe eine liebe Katze, die gute Stimmung schafft. Ihr solltest also keine Allergie haben. Ansonsten liebe ich eine saubere Küche und ein 1x wöchentlich geputzes Bad. Bitte meldet euch per WhatsApp bei mir. (see contact info)

Charlottenburg nähe TU und an der Spree
Wir sind 2 mit dir. Ich Christina bin unkompliziert offen und gerne freundlich ich arbeite Vollzeit 2x die Woche gehe ich Standard und Latein Tanzen. Ansonsten liebe ich den Morgen, frisch kochen, reisen in ferne Länder, ich habe gerne Gäste, zwei Hauskatzen, die voll lieb sind und Ruhe in den Alltag bringen. An Wochenende spiele Klavier mit Kopfhörern danit niemand ufgeweckt wrd. Ich sitze häufig auf meinem Balkon wenn die Sonne scheint und kümmere mich um die Blumen. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine grüne Oase auf der ich mit meinen Gästen manchmal grille und das Leben feiere.
