Ich suche ein unkompliziertes nettes Zusammenleben. Alles kann nichts muss. Ich bin aufgeschlossen und ziemlich spontan, brauche aber manchmal Zeit für mich, um mich von meinem hektischen Arbeitsplan zu erholen.
Ansonsten bin ich ein offener und herzlicher Mensch, die sich für Kunst, Events etc in der Stadt Interessiert.

Die Wohnung ist extrem schön und die Ausstattung gehoben —>mit Dachterasse . Es gibt eine Wama, einen Trockner in einem separatem 2. Bad, eine Dusche und Badewanne im 1. Bad. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kochinsel etc.. Ich habe einige Möbel, die du auch mitbenutzten darfst wie zB die Couch etc. Im Sommer gibt es viele Sonnenstrahlen auf der Terrasse-☺️ wo ich gerne viel zeit verbringe. Ich arbeite häufig von zu Hause, da ich in der Softwareentwicklung tätig bin. Ab und an bin ich geschäftlich unterwegs beim Kunden vor Ort.
Das Zimmer mit dem Ball wäre deins und ist unmöbliert. Bei Bedarf kann ich ein Bett und eine Kommode stellen mit Matratze etc.

Hello dear apartment seekers :)

I am looking for an uncomplicated, nice rooming mate. I am open minded and quite spontanous but sometimes need time for myself to relax from my hectic work schedule.
I'm a warm person and am up for anything. Be it at cultural events, vino or café etc.
The apartment is extremely nice and the furnishings in the bathroom (sink etc) are upscale —>with a roof terrace facing south. You will be able use to use an existing washing machine, a dryer in a separate 2nd bathroom, a shower and bathtub in the 1st bathroom, a dishwasher in a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, etc so enough space in 101qm. I have some furniture that you can also use. In the summer there are rays of sunshine on the terrace ☺️ where I like to spend a lot of time. I often work from home, since I work in software development, everything happens online now. However I am a freelancer and might work from different locations from time to time.
The room with the ball would be yours and is unfurnished. In case you need a bed and wardrobe I can provide that as well.

Die wohnung liegt im Ring Hohenzollernplatz oder Heidelberger Platz. Die Ubahn Fehrbellinerplatz mit u3/7 ist direkt in 2 min erreichbar.. Der Kudamm, Kantstr in Laufnähe und zum Grunewald kommt man in 10min mit dem Bus. Nach Kreuzberg sind es 30min mit der U3. Kottbussertor ist zB 30 min entfernt.

The appartment is within the ring and one of next stop is e.g Hohenzollernplatz or Heidelbergplatz. The Fehrbellinerplatz subway with U3/7 can be reached directly in 2 minutes. The Kudamm, Kantstrasse are within walking distance and Grunewald can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. It's 30 minutes to Kreuzberg on the U3. The Kottbusser Tor, for example, is 30 minutes away.
