Hallo! Ich beziehe die alte Wohnung einer Freundin und suche eine/n Mitbewohner*in. Die küche und das bad sind möbliert. Ein paar dinge (Teller o.ä.) müssen noch angeschafft werden.

Die Wohnung ist eine total gemütliche, ruhige Altbau-Wohnung in Charlottenburg, 1 Minute von der Spree entfernt, mit schönem Stuck, gut erhaltenen Dielen, hohen Decken, mit zwei großen Zimmern und einer Loggia zum Innenhof.
- Lage: Sehr ruhig gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spree, Nahe U-Bahnhof Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7), Busverbindung zum Zoo/Hbf
- Etage 2, im Gartenhaus, beide Zimmer zum Innenhof, somit schön ruhig.
- Ruhige und entspannte Nachbarn.
- Edeka ist direkt um die Ecke, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Rossmann, Apotheke) sind in 7 Min zu Fuß erreichbar
- Super abgebunden an Moabit und die Tu
Ich suche jemanden der bereits WG Erfahrung hat und bei dem die Chemie einfach stimmt. Finde das ist besonders bei einer 2er Wg wichtig.

Zu mir:
Ich bin Giuliana (26 Jahre alt) und studiere im Master Design an der FHP in potsdam. Nebenbei arbeite ich noch als Werkstudentin in einer Agentur.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich am liebsten in der Kulturszene unterwegs und habe generell immer Lust etwas zu entdecken und freue mich, wenn wir auch als Wg was zusammen etwas unternehmen. Ich bin vegetarisch aber wenn es eine vegane option gibt auch eher das!
