Die Altbauwohnung ist in Top-Zustand und sehr ruhig mit Blick auf zwei Innenhöfe. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist leicht möbliert (Bett, Regal). Ein paar weitere Möbel, wie Schreibtisch und Stuhl stehen zur Verfügung, falls gewünscht. Es werden eine geräumige Wohnküche und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche geteilt.

The area of the whole apartment is 80 square meters and the shared space include a large kitchen/living room and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is quiet and has a view to two different backyards

Durch U1 (Uhlandstraße) U3, U9 (Spichernstraße) und S Savignyplatz ist die Wohnung mit der restlichen Stadt sehr gut verbunden. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist unweit und das möblierte Zimmer eignet sich auch gut für Pendler.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sowie kulturelles Angebot (z.B. Berliner Festspiele, Schaubühne und C/O Berlin und verschiedene Kinos). Auch Sportmöglichkeiten und Grünanlagen (z. B. Volkspark Wilmersdorf/ Schöneberg) sind vorhanden.
Ich bin eine Frau Ende 30, arbeite Vollzeit und bin tagsüber meistens im Büro. Ich interessiere mich u.a. für Musik, Tanz und Literatur und Sport ist ein wichtiger Teil meines Alltags.
Ich habe viel Erfahrung vom WG-Leben und bin eine unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin. Da ich ziemlich viel unterwegs bin, brauche ich zu Hause oft Ruhe, aber finde es schon schön, wenn es eine familiäre Stimmung gibt und man ab und zu Mal zusammen Kaffee trinken kann zum Beispiel.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner ab Mitte Februar /März mindestens bis Ende Mai. Leider ist die Anmeldung zurzeit nicht möglich.
Ich freue mich auf dein Interesse und eine Nachricht, in der du kurz beschreibst, wer du bist, wie dein Alltag aussieht, und warum und für welchen Zeitraum du ein WG-Zimmer suchst.
