Since I will be leaving for my fieldwork for 3 months, 2 rooms (34 m2) available for sublet for 3 months from November, 2024 till January, 2025.
The rooms come furnished with all the required paraphernalia (check pictures please). I use one as an office and the other as my bed room.
The apartment is over 100 m2, with a big kitchen, toilet and a beautiful private garden (major USP).
Both rooms have proper heating panels and you can also make full use of the heat (of the neighbours) running through the second room :D

Located on Fasanenstr., closest ubahn is Spichernstr (with U3 and U9) in a 5 min walk.
S-bahn (Zoologischer garten) is 10-15 away and can be reached also by bus 249.
Kudamm is very close with an array of shops and restaurants and malls.

You will share the apartment with Horst, a very nice quiet yet active man from Stuttgart who has been in Berlin for over 20 years. He works in urban planning and is often found enjoying the cultural circuits in Berlin.
Anmeldung is not possible, given the short duration. Ideal for coming to the city and getting settled.
Horst is respectful and accommodating and can make you feel at home. We also cook and eat sometimes together, if thats something you'd like as well. Rest everything can be discussed. :)
