Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein schönes, großes Altbauzimmer in Berlin Charlottenburg in der Nähe des S-Bahnhof Halensee in einer Parallelstraße zum Ku'damm.
Zu vermieten ist ein helles, sonnendurchflutetes, unmöbliertes Berliner Altbauzimmer in einer 2er WG mit 27 qm. Ich nutze mein Zimmer unter der Woche rein als Home-Office, weshalb du die meiste Zeit die Wohnung für dich hast.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, inkl. Spülmaschine und Nespressomaschine. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein Fenster.
Die Vermietung erfolgt nur zur Einzelnutzung. Die Mietdauer kann individuell vereinbart werden, mindestens drei Monate.
A bright, sun-flooded, unfurnished spacious room (typical Berlin Altbauzimmer) in a 2 room shared apartment can be rented.I personally use my room for home-office location during the week. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and a window.
The rental is for individual use only. The rental period can be agreed individually, minimum three months.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in der City-West nähe Ku'damm (Westfälische- Ecke Joachim Friedrich Str.) und liegt sehr ruhig in einem sehr gepflegtem Hinterhaus.
Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ring- und S-Bahn (Ringbahnhof Halensee, Charlottenburg) innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar.
Zahlreiche unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung.
The apartment is very centrally located in the City-West near Ku'damm and lies very quietly in a very well-kept rear building.
Buses in the immediate vicinity. Ring train and suburban train (Ringbahnhof Halensee, Charlottenburg) within 5 walking minutes.
Numerous different shopping possibilities in the direct environment.
Ich selber nutze mein Zimmer/meine Wohnung unter der Woche rein als Home-Office. In der übrigen Zeit steht die Wohnung fast ausschließlich zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Ich lege selbst sehr viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit und erwarte dies auch von seinem Mitbewohner.
Cool wäre es, wenn du selbst möglichst Vollzeit berufstätig bist.

Personally, I use my room/apartment as a home office on weekdays. The rest of the time, the apartment is almost exclusively at your disposal.
I myself attach great importance to order and cleanliness and therefore expect the same from my roommate.
It would be cool if you are fully employed and maybe a weekend commuter.
