Das Zimmer ist vollstädig möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, TV, Nachtschränken, Tisch und Stühlen. Es hat einen privaten Balkon. Neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher und einges mehr werden gestellt. Die Nebenkosten, auch für Heizung, Strom und Internet sind in der Miete enthalten. Eine Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich.
The room is fully furnished (bed, closet, TV, night stands, table and chairs). It as a private balcony. New sheets, towels and other personal items will be furnished. All extra, such as heating, electricity and internet are included in the rent. It is of course possible to register "Anmeldung".
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in gesuchter und beliebter Lage in Charlottenburg, direkt am Savignyplatz. Keine Minute bis zur S-Bahn und Busen, in Ku-Damm Nähe. Viele Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in der Nähe der Wohnung, wie auch Theater und Universitäten. Die Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche und der Zoo sind zu Fuß um die Ecke.
The apartment is centrally located in a sought after poplar area in Charlottenburg, right on Savignyplatz. Under a Minute away from a city train station and busses, near the Kurfürsten Damm. There are many restaurants and bars the apartment, as are theaters and universities. The Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche and the Zoo are at walking distance.
Derzeit findet ein Mieterwechsel in 3 der 6 Zimmer statt, da 2 der langjährigen Mieter nun eine gemeinsame Wohnung gefunden haben und eine Mieterin eine Wohnung, in der Nähe Ihrer neuen Arbeitsstelle. Die 3 verbleibenden Mieter studieren Psychologie/Soziologie, Medizin und Theologie und stecker teilweise derzeit mitten Masterarbeiten und arbeiten. Sie sind sehr freundlich und offen, aber auch ernst und ruhig. Die WG ist international. Durch den Wechsel wird sich eine neue Dynamik ergeben. Erwünscht sind neue Mitbewohner, die ruhig, ordentlich und sauber sind.
Der Hof kann mitbenutz werden, wie auch die Fahrradständer und der Grill.
Currently the flat is in transition as 3 of the 6 tenants are leaving, as 2 long term tenants have finally found an apartment of their own and another is moving closer to her new job. The 3 remaining tenants study full time (Sociology/Psychology, Medicine and Theology) and work. One is currently working on his Masters Thesis. So their are open and friendly but also quiet and serious. The flat is very international and the change will bring in a new dynamic.We are looking or flat mates who are quiet, orderly and clean.
The courtyard, bike stands and BBQ can be used.
Wir wünschen uns freundliche, offene, nette, ruhie, ordentliche Mitbewohner, die sich an die WG Regeln halten. Kontakt per EMail oder WhatsAPP.
