I am renting out a small but cozy room for a short period, from December 20 until January 15 (possibly for the entire month of January). It’s a shared apartment located in Wilmersdorf. The apartment is close to the U-Bahn stations Hohenzollernplatz and Uhlandstraße, and it’s just a short walk to Kurfürstendamm.
The room is in a 3-bedroom shared apartment, but my flatmates (1 guy and 1 girl) will not be around for most of this period. The room is fully equipped with everything you need, as shown in the photos. There is also a seating area in the kitchen where you can eat and relax if you need more space.
Maintaining cleanliness is important to us, and we all make sure the apartment stays tidy. The rent for this period is 300 EUR, with a 100 EUR deposit that will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
