Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt Bereiche sind voll möbliert. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, also auch Internet, Strom und alles Weitere.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde gerade frisch und die Zimmer neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Badezimmer mit Wannen-Dusche und Fenster, einer Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und allem drum und dran, was man zum Kochen braucht, zwei großzügigen Zimmern und einem halben Zimmer mit Essbereich.
Plus die beste Aussicht und die besten Sonnenuntergänge der Stadt!!
Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich auch möglich!

The entire apartment has just been freshly painted and the rooms newly furnished. The apartment consists of a bathroom with tub/shower and window, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, two spacious rooms and half a room with a dining area.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut! Sie ist direkt am Kurfürstendamm mit Blick über die Stadt.

The location of the apartment is very good! It is right on Kurfürstendamm with a view of the city. On the ground floor of the house there is a bakery, a supermarket, a drugstore and a stationery shop. The bus stops right outside the front door and both U Adenauerplatz, S Charlottenburg and S Halensee are within walking distance.
With numerous modern bars, street cafés and designer hotels as well as the most well-known shopping street in Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf as the city center of West Berlin. Here, elegant boutiques and starred restaurants line up with magnificent residential buildings with historical ensembles of houses. If you are looking for a balance to the pulsating city center, you can enjoy nature in the Volkspark Wilmersdorf or in the Stadtpark am Lietzensee. The historic core of the glamorous district of Berlin is formed by both the Charlottenburg Palace with a spacious palace park and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church on Berlin's Breitscheidplatz.
