The apartment is in a remarkable location in the heart of Charlottenburg between the TU Berlin and the beautiful Charlottenburg Palace. It is 2 minutes to the subway station Richard Wagner Platz (U7) and 8 minutes to the subway station Bismarckstraße (U2). A bus stop is in front of the house (M 45, 109). Therefore, all parts of Berlin are easily accessible.
The Wilmersdorfer Straße is nearby and offers stores of all kinds. Restaurants and cafés are also nearby in every direction. The Spree and Charlottenburg Palace's beautiful and large park (walk or jog!) are also within walking distance (3-5 minutes). The technical university is only 1.5 km away from the apartment, so it is easy to reach by bike or on foot.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bemerkenswerter Lage im Herzen von Charlottenburg zwischen der TU Berlin und dem schönen Schloss Charlottenburg. Es sind 2 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Richard Wagner Platz (U7) und 8 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Bismarckstraße (U2). Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus (M 45, 109). Somit sind alle Teile Berlins gut erreichbar.
Die Wilmersdorfer Straße ist in der Nähe und bietet Geschäfte aller Art. Restaurants und Cafés sind ebenfalls in jeder Himmelsrichtung zu finden. Die Spree und der schöne und große Park des Schlosses Charlottenburg (spazieren oder joggen!) sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar (3-5 Minuten). Die Technische Universität ist nur 1,5 km von der Wohnung entfernt, so dass sie mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen ist.
Malte (27) and Eya (26) currently live in the apartment next to me. Malte is currently working in hotel management and Eya is working as a Data Scientist. Your flatmates have a 40 hours working schedule and so everybody is quite busy. The flat share is for calm people to rest & recover after work, therefore no parties. But still open to enjoying some spare time together in the kitchen or in a cafe just around the corner. We have a cleaning plan, and sharing the chores accordingly is important to us..

Malte (27) und Eya (26) wohnen derzeit in der Wohnung neben mir. Malte arbeitet derzeit im Hotelmanagement und Eya als Data Scientist. Ihre Mitbewohner haben einen 40-Stunden-Arbeitsplan und sind daher alle ziemlich beschäftigt. Die WG ist für ruhige Leute zum Ausruhen und Erholen nach der Arbeit, also keine Partys. Aber wir sind offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen in der Küche oder in einem Café um die Ecke. Wir haben einen Putzplan, und es ist uns wichtig, die Hausarbeit entsprechend aufzuteilen.
