Move into a furnished room (desk, mirror, shelves and chest of draws for clothing and bed) in a 3 bed apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg! This 105sqm apartment includes 1 large bathroom (2 sinks/bathtub/shower/ washing machine) and a second half-bath. We have a large open kitchen/living room with a fitted oven and dishwasher. The windows are all double glazed, and the front door is fitted with a bolt lock. The building includes security cameras and a courtyard with areas to park your bike.

We are located on Wilmersdorfer Straße, one of the biggest streets in Charlottenburg. With the U Bismarckstr entrance very close, we are well connected with the U7 and U2 to all parts of Berlin.
We are only a 10 minute walk from the Berlin-Charlottenburg S Bahn station (S3, S5, S7, S9, S42, S45).
There is an Aldi, Lidl, and Edeka within a block from our front door. We have a Turkish supermarket next door and a convenient Späti on the other side of our entrance. Many gyms are close by, including Holmes Place, John Reed, and Fitness First. We are also surrounded by shops, including Rossmann, DM, many Apotheken, and the WILMA shopping center.

You will be living with Billy (23m) and Raphaëlle (22 f).
Billy is a freelance photographer from England with a passion for art and culture. He is often home or travelling due to his work, and he hopes to find someone who can be a good addition to the flat. Raphaëlle is a French Student from Paris studying business.
