Ich vermiete mein schönes WG-Zimmer (21 qm) in Charlottenburg (nähe S Jungfernheide) vom 01.04 - 1.09.25, mit großem eigenem Balkon. Daten können ggf. auch ein bisschen angepasst werden. Die ganze Wohnung inkl. meines Zimmers sind komplett neu ausgebaut, sehr hell und gemütlich. Elektrisch höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, großes Doppelbett und Stauraum sind vorhanden. Da ich voraussichtlich nach dem 01.09 komplett aus der WG ausziehe, kann ggf. der Mietvertrag als anteilige Hauptmieter*in weitrgeführt werden.
Wir sind eine gemütliche 5er WG, alle berufstätig (25 - 31 Jahre). Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen in unserer Küche/Wohnzimmer legen aber auch Wert darauf, dass es unter der Woche nicht zu laut ist. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig im Hinterhaus 5. Stock, hat eine sonnige Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick, 3 Bäder und schnelles Internet. Es gibt ein süßes Cafe direkt um die Ecke und S Jungfernheide/ U Mierendorffplatz ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Miete 890€/Monat, alles inklusive.

I am subletting my nice room (21 sqm) in our shared flat in Charlottenburg (near S Jungfernheide) from 01.04 - 1.09.25, with a large balcony. Dates can be adjusted a bit if necessary. The whole apartment including my room are completely new, very bright and cozy. Desk, large double bed and storage space are available. There is the possibility to extend the rent after 01.09 and maybe join the main contract.
We are a cozy flat share of 5, all working (25 - 31 years). We like to spend time together in our kitchen/living room but also make sure that it is not too loud during the week. The apartment is super quiet in the back building 5th floor, has a sunny roof terrace with fantastic views, 3 bathrooms and fast internet. There is a cute cafe just around the corner and S Jungfernheide/U Mierendorffplatz is a 5 min walk away. Rent 790€/month, all inclusive.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden und liegt ca. 3 min von U Mierendorffplatz und 5 min von S Jungfernheide entfernt. Es gibt ein süßes Cafe um die Ecke, einen Edeka direkt vor der Haustür und natürlich einen guten Falafel-Sandwich laden direkt um die Ecke.
The flat is located close to U Mierendorffplatz (U7) 3 min, and S Jungfernheide (5 min). There's an Edeka directly in front of our house, a cute Cafe and places to get Falafel-Sandwich directly around the corner.
Deine Mitewohner*Innen sind Mark (Bioinformatik), Maria (Stadtplanung), Alex (arbeitet in einer Brauerei) und Matze (arbeitet im Projektmanagment). Wir sind alle berufstätig und arbeiten teilweise von zu Hause aber auch im Büro. Im Winter hängen wir meist zusammen im Wohnzimmer/Küche ab, im Sommer am liebsten auf unserer Dachterasse. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG und achten darauf, dass sich alle wohlfühlen (Sauberkeit, Lautstärke etc)
