Das Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und vollmöbiliert. Die Wohnung besitzt 78m2 und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit einem Gemeinschaftsraum und Balkon.
Ebenso eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist in direkter Nähe zur Ubahn Station Spichernstrasse U9 und U3. Man läuft ca 3-5 minuten zu Fuß.
5 Minuten Fußweg zum Prager Platz. Ebenso gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere an der Technischen Universität Wirtschaftsinformatik. Ich bin momentan der einzige Mitbewohner.
Ich arbeite nebenbei als Werkstudent in einem Startup Unternehmen.

Die Gesamtkosten für das WG-Zimmer beträgt 700 Euro warm inklusive Strom und DSL-Anschluss. Es gibt einen Fernseheranschluss.
Das Zimmer is 15 m2 und bereits möbiliert mit einem Bett und Matratze sowie einem Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist befristet für 6 Monate vom 01.11.2024 bis 31.04.2024. Eventuell könnte man auch verlängern, aber das wird sich zeigen. Die Wohnung ist ab November sofort beziehbar.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ohne Anmeldung.
