The room is great - quite big and comfortable... furniture, towels and linen are already there.
Location
Teufelsberg/see and Havel are close by and great for a walk and outdoor activities. If you study at TU Berlin, it's only 15min by bike or subway to get there. One of our room mates studies at HU Berlin, which is a little further, but also works well for her.
Flatshare Type
We are a chill student WG near Grunewald and TU Berlin. We like to have friends over, cook and go to the cinema together. However, since we have quite different and busy daily schedules, we don't necessarily see each other every day of the week.
Miscellaneous
I'm looking for a subtenant until end of january. You would fit, if you are a chill & clean person.
