Zum Zimmer: die Deckenhöhe liegt bei 3,60 m , daher ist auch oben auf der Hochebene genügend Platz um gemütlich zu sitzen und für ein Bett. Den ausklappbaren Tisch und ein Regal könnte ich gegebenenfalls dort lassen, falls es Bedarf gibt. Es gibt ein Fenster zum grünen Innenhof raus und ein Rollo mit welchem man den Raum komplett abdunkeln kann. Die Heizung läuft über ein Thermostat im Flur und die Tür des Zimmers ist abschließbar. Ich ziehe zum 26.02 aus, daher wäre es davor schon möglich einzuziehen.
Unser Mietvertrag läuft zum 15.05 aus, aber danach werden sehr wahrscheinlich Nachmieter gesucht. Unser Vermieter ist jung und unkompliziert. Anmeldung ist möglich.
ENG: I am offering a nice room with a "plateau" for subletting. Our rental contract expires on 15.05, but after our landlord will be looking for new tenants. Our landlord is young and uncomplicated.
About the room: the ceiling height is 3.60 m, so there is enough space on the plateau and for a bed. I could leave the fold-out table and a shelf there, if necessary. There is a window overlooking the green inner courtyard and a roller blind that can be used to completely darken the room. The heating runs via a thermostat in the hallway and the door to the room can be locked. I am moving out on 26.02, so it would also be possible to move in before the 01.03. Anmeldung is possible.
Die U2 ist in 10 min Laufweg zu erreichen an der Haltestelle Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, die U7 in 20 min Laufweg oder 5 min Bus mit der Wilmersdorferstraße, die Ringbahn in 15 min Laufweg mit der Station Messe Nord/ ICC und die S-Bahnen S2,S3, S7,S9 und viele regionale Züge Richtung Innenstadt an der Station S Charlottenburg. Die Anbindung ist also wirklich ziemlich gut, besonders für TU-Studierende perfekt, da man mit der U-Bahn gerade mal 20 min zum Hauptcampus braucht.
ENG:The U2 is a 10-minute walk away at the Sophie-Charlotte-Platz stop, the U7 is a 20-minute walk away or a 5-minute bus ride on Wilmersdorferstraße, the Ringbahn is a 15-minute walk away at the Messe Nord/ICC station and the S-Bahn S2, S3, S7, S9 and many regional trains to the city center are at the S Charlottenburg station. So the connections are really quite good, especially for TU students, as it takes just 20 minutes to get to the main campus by subway.
Wir waren ursprünglich eine 3-er Frauen WG, nun wohnt eine tunesische Studentin in einem der Zimmer und wir sind auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohnenden. Bis jetzt war es keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein ungezwungenes Zusammenwohnen mit zusammen kochen und quatschen. Die Studentin, die aktuell dort lebt ist sehr offen und angenehm.
