The flat is a huge altbau flat, with high seelings with big windows and therefor very bright. a huge kitchen, a big bathroom and also a 2nd separate toilet.
We will share a big living room (which I don’t really use, because I am home mostly late), the huge & well furnished kitchen with all the kitchen stuff you need and a big dinner table.
And of course the bathroom.
The flat has everything you need, (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc.)
It`s in the 3rd floor without elevator.

The room I rent out is 25 sqm big, which is also quite big but I didn’t take care of it, so its not super nice.
The room is nicely furnished, but the fotos are older ones I used for AirBnB a while ago. Your room has been refurbished and looks a bit different than in the pictures. You can ask for pics in private if needed.
Beddings are available, so no need. As well as towels.

Its a 5 min walk to S Bahn Charlottenburg, U bahn Wilmersdorfer and U Bahn Bismarckstrasse. Busses are also near by.
Charlottenburg castle, the Litzensee Lake or Savignyplatz are in a 15 - 20 min walking distance as well as Kuhdamm and Zoo. Restaurants (Kantsrasse), grocery stores, coffee shops and everything you need is close by.

About us:
I am 43, grew up in South Germany but I am actually French. I am enjoying Berlin since quite a while, build up my own business.
I am easy going, open minded but mostly very busy.

Marcus is 33, doctor at the hospital, originally from Berlin and either at the hospital or traveling.
Also very easy

Beside English and German I am also speaking French.

Animals are also welcome, especially dogs.

We will have a cleaning lady, taking care of the common rooms.. so no worries here.

We are renting out the room for only 3 month at the moment, because it may be that our friend and former flatmate is coming back in April. This is not sure, yet, so it may be possible to stay longer.
