Das Zimmer ist für eine WG sehr groß und geräumig. Außerdem ist es schön hell und hat einen guten Ausblick auf den Mierendorffplatz.
Ich werde mein Zimmer möbliert lassen (Bett, ausziehbare Couch, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kommode für Kleidung), außerdem kannst du dich an meinem Bettzeug und meinen Handtüchern bedienen. Da ich für einige Woche auf Reisen sein werde, wird auch noch etwas von meinem privaten Zeug hier bleiben, gerne können wir besprechen wie viel Platz du brauchst und eine Lösung dafür finden.

The room is pretty big for a WG, it´s has great daylight and a nice view on the Mierendorffplatz.
The room will be rented with all my furniture (Bed, sleeping couch, desk, bookshelf, drawer for you cloth) and you can use my bedding and towels. I´m away for travel, which is why there will also be some private things of mine in the room. I´m open to talk with you how much space you need and will make sure to find a solution.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U7 Station und Bushaltestelle (M27) Mierendorffplatz und zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Jungfernheide, also direkt an der Ringbahn. Somit ist sie wirklich perfekt angebunden. In 5 Minuten Fußweg habt ihr einen Rewe, Lidl und Netto. Es gibt gute Cafes und Restaurants im Umkreis.

The flat is directly at the U7 Station and the busstation (M27) Mierendorffplatz and only 10 minutes away from the S-Bahn station Jungfernheide. In 5 minutes you will find a lot of supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Netto and Aldi, as well es cafés and restaurants.

Paul (27), Markus (26) und ich (Kathi, 26) wohnen in dieser Konstellation seit September 2022 zusammen.
Markus und Paul haben beide gerade ihren Master abgeschlossen und starten im April ins Arbeitsleben. Ich arbeite schon etwas länger und gehe von Mitte April bis Mitte Mai auf Workation nach Italien.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch und wir machen recht viel miteinander. Trotzdem bekommt natürlich jede*r den Freiraum, den sie/er braucht. Am liebsten kochen wir zusammen oder schauen auf Pauls Beamer Serien. In unserer WG ist eigentlich immer was los, mein Zimmer liegt aber ganz hinten in der Wohnung, so dass du auch Ruhe hast, falls dir das wichtig ist.

Paul (27), Markus (26), and I (Kathi, 26) have been living together in this constellation since September 2022.
Markus and Paul have just finished their master’s degrees and will start working in April. I have been working for a bit longer and will be going on a workation to Italy from mid-April to mid-May.
Our WG-life is very harmonious, and we do a lot together. At the same time, everyone gets the space they need. We especially enjoy cooking together or watching series on Paul’s projector. There’s always something going on in our flat, but my room is at the back of the apartment, so you’ll have peace and quiet if that’s important to you.
