Ich werde einen Monat Urlaub machen und suche jemanden, der während dieser Zeit meinem gemütlichen und hellen Zimmer Untermieten möchte.
Lage:
Man ist sehr gut angebunden. Nur 7 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Jungfernheide, von dort aus fahren die Ringbahn, U7, Regios und Busse 109, X9, M27. In 4 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof.
2 min von der Wohnung entfernt fährt ein Bus.
Die Gegend bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Netto und LIDL in 10 min zu erreichen.
Ebenfalls ist man in ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad in Moabit oder an der TU (Ernst-Reuter-Platz). Süd Charlottenburg, Kudamm und Tiergarten sind auch nicht weit.
Die Mierendorff-Insel ist direkt neben der Moabit-Insel. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Spreeufer und dem wunderschönen Schlosspark. Es gibt auf der Insel ein paar typische Berliner Stammkneipen, einige Restaurants und nette Cafés.

I am going on vacation for a month and I am looking for someone who wants to stay in my spacious and comfortable room during that time.
One is very well connected. Only 7 min walking distance to Jungfernheide station, from where the Ringbahn, U7, Regios and buses 109, X9, M27 leave. From there you need only 4 min to the main station. 2 min from the apartment is a bus station.
There are many shopping possibilities, the next Edeka in 3 min walking distance. Rewe and Aldi in 10 min to reach.
Also you can reach Moabit or the TU (Ernst-Reuter-Platz) by bike in about 10 minutes. South Chalottenburg, Kudamm and Tiergarten are also not far.
The Mierendorff-Island is right next to the Moabit-Island. It is only a few steps to the Spree bank and the wonderful castle park (Schlosspark). There are some typical Berlin pubs, some restaurants and nice cafés on the island.

WG-Leben:
Du würdest mit andere 4 Mädels (zwischen 23 und 25Jahren) zusammenwohnen. Zwei von uns studieren, zwei arbeiten. Gerne treffen wir uns zum Abend in der Küche und quatschen über den Tag. Die meisten von uns ernähren sich vegetarisch/vegan, es ist aber egal, wie du dich ernährst.
Wir haben einen Putzplan der sehr gut funktioniert und so wollen wir das auch beibehalten.
Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

You would live with other 4 girls (between 23 and 25 years old). Two of us study, two work. We speak English and German in the flat share. Most of us are vegetarian/vegan, but it doesn't matter what youeat.
We have a cleaning plan that works very well and we want to keep it that way.

Der Mierendorf Kiez:
Die Mierendorf Insel ist in Nord Charlottenburg direkt neben Moabit. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Spree Ufer und Schlosspark. Es gibt auf der Insel ein paar typische Berliner Stammkneipen, einige Restaurants und ein ganz nettes Café. Rewe, Lidel und Netto sind alle in max 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Man ist sehr gut Angebunden mit der Ringbahn (Jungfernheide), U7 (Mierendorfplatz) und Bussen 109,M27, M21. Ebenfalls ist man in ca. 10min mit dem Fahrad in Moabit oder an der TU (Ernst-Reuter-Platz). Süd Chalottenburg, Kudamm etc ist auch nicht weit.

Foot distance to the Schlosspark (the gardens if the Chalottenburg Castle ) and the Spree. Around our neighborhood there are some typical old Berliner bars and a couple of restaurants. There is also a Building of the University of Arts just down the street. Its a calm and friendly residential area. We have an Netto,Lidel and Rewe close by.
In about 10min by bike you are in Moabit or at the Technical University. In about 20min in south Chalottenburg or the Tiergarten.
Great Connection via “Ringbahn” S41/42, U7 or the Busses 109, M27.
