The room is bright, the sun shining cozily into the big windows in the late afternoon for several hours (to the West). The balcony invites for a warm cup of coffee in the morning. Another pro is the bath tub and the biiig mirror in the bathroom. We also have a state-of-the-art kitchen with an induction stove that heats everything up super quickly.
The neighbors are very relaxed and the floor is very strong so there is almost no sound audible from other flats around us.
We are on the top floor, so we have most light and least disturbance.
There is a door towards the next room Diego lives in. Currently, this door is blocked with a sofa, but the two of you can discuss any solution you would like, for example putting a shelf in front of it to soundproof it a bit.
The room is towards the front facing the low-traffic Laubacher Str. and comes as seen in the photo, so it will be unfurnished.
Friedenau is a quiet district with many tasteful old buildings, many families and quite safe at night. Nevertheless, there are some nice cafés nearby, many shopping facilities and it takes under 5 minutes by bike to get to the Ring (Ringbahn S Bundesplatz). U9 and U3 can be reached in 3 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot, the S1 in 5 minutes by bike.
This is a shared flat of three people. We are Diego (26) and Fabio (28), two students in their professional orientation phase, looking for someone between 25 and 32 who is also searching their purpose in life. We prefer a culture of open doors, transparency, a certain degree of commitment to the WG-life, and openness to building a friendly relationship. We make decision on eye-level and everyone has an equal say. We are both vegetarian/vegan and would love a third person who also eats this way.
We are
- Diego, a master of procrastination, loves to cook, doing sports and dance, goes ice bathing, wakes up late, has no curtains, loves to read about the summer, and recently got into painting.
- Fabio, loves music, has read or listened to Harry Potter in 5 different languages, recently started his job as a working student, thinks a lot about his life, and is educating himself on empathetic communication techniques.
We are Germans but also both speak English and Spanish. Feel free to message us in any of those languages.

The latest start of the contract is the 4th of April. Felix, the former flatmate, moves out by then with his furniture. If you need the room by the 15th of March, you would have to stay with his furniture until he takes them to his new flat.
