I’m leaving my room (about 18sqm) in Berlin (Friedenau, 6-min walk to S Feuerbachstr — direct connection to Brandenburger Tor in less than 20 minutes). Also, U9 (Walter-Schreiber-Platz) is a 10-min walk, with lots of shops and gyms.
I’d like to leave my furniture, therefore, I’d be handing over:
- Desk (natural wood board + legs + wood storage box + wood dish + cork cover).
- Desk lamp & LED Bulb
- Two wood shelves (already installed)
- Grey Rug
- Beige Rug
- Bed Wood Frame
- Mattress Holder
- Green Coffee Table

- White Bank (I use it as a nightstand)

This is a pretty nice setup for someone that just moved to Berlin, or is carrying little/no furniture. You would just need a mattress (140 x 200) to start living here :)
For all these items, I’d ask for 450 euros.
You would live with Leo (27) — she’s Bavarian, and came to Berlin to pursue her creative interests! She’s loving and understanding, enjoys hanging out but spends a good amount of time at home. She looks for something that respects personal space/time, but that does not mind casual chats in the kitchen — nothing is mandatory :) Emotional intelligence (and queer friendliness!) is important.
I’ll be leaving the flat on the 10th of July, so you could take over my stay from that point on, latest 1st of August; then, you’d have your own unlimited contract. Please notice this is NOT a sublet, you’ll have a direct contract with the landlord.
If you agree on taking over my furniture and on all the terms, please write ‘pineapple juice’ at the beginning of the request :)
