Ich (Deepesh) biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Dezember 2024 bis Ende Februar 2025 an.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß und hat einen Balkon nach Norden zur Straße hin. In den Hauptverkehrszeiten kann es etwas lauter werden bei offenem Fenster, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist die Straße aber kaum zu hören. Es gibt einen dekorativen Kachelofen, der aber leider nicht in Betrieb genommen werden kann.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Vorhanden sind ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch.

I (Deepesh) am offering my room for interim rent from December 2024 to the end of February 2025.
The room is approx. 18m2 and has a balcony facing north towards the street. During peak hours it can be a bit noisy with the window open, but with the window closed the street can hardly be heard.
The room will be handed over partly furnished with a bed and a desk.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, direkt an der U-Bahn Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (U9). Die Gegend ist schön und eher ruhig, man hat aber sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.a. in der Rheinstraße, und die Shoppingmeile Schlossstraße ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Bis zur Ringbahn (Bundesplatz) sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Umkreis von 2-5 Minuten sind verschiedene Busstationen zu Fuß erreichbar.

ENGLISH:
The flat is on the mezzanine floor, right next to the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz underground station (U9). The neighbourhood is nice and rather quiet, but you have very good shopping facilities in the Rheinstraße, and the shopping mile Schlossstraße is also just around the corner.
The Ringbahn (Bundesplatz) is a 10-minute walk away. There are various bus stops within a 2-5 minute walk.

Dein Mitbewohner wird Lukas (27) sein. Er wohnt seit Oktober 2021 hier, arbeitet im Bereich Game-Design, bouldert gerne und ist am Wochenende viel in Berlin unterwegs.
Da das zweite von drei Zimmern auch untervermietet wird, ist noch unklar, wer dein/e zweite/r Mitbewohner/in sein wird. Oder vielleicht suchst du auch mit einem/r Freund/in nach zwei Zimmern? Schreibt uns gern!

Your flatmate will be Lukas (27). He has lived here since October 2021, works in game design, enjoys bouldering and is often out and about in Berlin at the weekend.
As the second of three rooms is also available for sublet, it is not yet clear who your second flatmate will be. Or maybe you are looking for two rooms with a friend? Feel free to write to us!

Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder (ein großes mit Badewanne und ein kleines mit Dusche), sodass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Wir haben eine große Küche und sind mit allem ausgestattet, was das Hobbykochherz begehrt. Optisch ist sie zwar recht altbacken, aber funktional. Den Hinterhof des Hauses dürfen wir mitbenutzen und Plätze zum Fahrrad abstellen gibt es auch zur Genüge.

Der monatliche Mietpreis von 600,00 € beinhaltet die Miete für das Zimmer, die anteiligen Nebenkosten, sowie den GEZ-Beitrag und Internet.

ENGLISH:
The flat has two bathrooms (a large one with a bathtub and a small one with a shower), so you don't get in each other's way. We have a large kitchen and are equipped with everything a hobby chef's heart desires. Visually, it is quite old-fashioned, but functional. We are allowed to use the backyard of the house and there are plenty of places to park our bikes.

The monthly rent of € 600.00 includes the rent for the room, the pro rata service charges, as well as the GEZ contribution and internet.
