Hallo zusammen,
in unserer wunderschönen 3er-WG werden ab dem 01. April zwei Zimmer frei. Anmeldung möglich!
Unsere zwei stöckige Maisonette-Wohnung verteilt sich mit insgesamt 110m2 auf das 4. und 5. OG. Die beiden frei werdenden Zimmer,die wir im Doppelpack vermieten befinden sich in der 4. Etage.
Das große Zimmer ist 17 m2 groß und hat einen Dielenboden. Zudem ist das Zimmer hell und ruhig, da das Fenster zu einem Garten zeigt mit eigenem kleinen privaten Balkon. Das kleine Zimmer ist direkt neben dran und ist circa 4 m2 klein und eignet sicher super für ein Gästezimmer, begehbaren Kleiderschrank oder Arbeitszimmer. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne und Dusche befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage. Du hättest quasi die ganze Etage für dich, denn unser Bad und eigener Hauseingang befindet sich in der 5. Etage, wo sich auch unsere Küche mit Kochinsel und das Wohnzimmer befinden. Dach- und Panoramafenster machen hier den offenen Raum besonders hell. Noch mehr Sonne gibt es auf unserer schönen Terrasse, die genügend Platz zum Gärtnern, Entspannen und vielem mehr bietet :)
Die Wohnung ist zudem gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Ring- und U-Bahn-Station "Bundesplatz" sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und nur drei Stationen vom 'Südkreuz', sowie fünf Stationen vom 'Zoologischen Garten' entfernt.
Abschließend noch ein paar Zeilen zu uns. Jelena ist 31 Jahre alt und freiberufliche Schauspielerin. Ihr nächstes Gastengagement hat sie bei den Freilichtspielen Schwäbisch Hall und wird dafür eine Weile nicht in der WG sein. Mein Name ist Max, ich bin 35 Jahre alt und arbeite als Editor, was bedeutet, dass ich Filme und Serien schneide. Wir sind ein Paar und teilen uns ein Schlafzimmer in der 5 Etage und Jelena hat auf der 4. Etage noch ein Zimmer zum arbeiten,welches jedoch selten benutzt wird.
Wir sind viel am arbeiten oder reisen, sitzen aber gerne gemeinsam beim Essen oder auf einen Kaffee mit unserem/r Mitbewohner/in zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt. Wir schätzen genauso unsere Privatsphären und Ruhe, die man in unserer WG gut finden kann.
Wenn du dir das Zusammenleben mit uns vorstellen kannst, dann melde dich gerne. Damit wir jedoch auch von dir einen kleinen Eindruck bekommen können, erzähle uns doch bitte vorab ein bisschen von dir und deinen Vorstellungen von einer Wohngemeinschaft.

Hello everyone,
2 rooms will be available in our beautiful 3-person shared apartment from April 1st. Registration possible!
Our two-story maisonette apartment is spread over the 4th and 5th floors with a total of 110m2. The two vacant rooms, which we rent out in pairs, are on the 4th floor.
The large room is 17m2 and has a wooden floor. The room is also bright and quiet, as the window looks out onto a garden with its own small private balcony. The small room is right next to it and is around 4m2 in size and is ideal for a guest room, walk-in closet or study. A beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and shower is also on this floor. You would basically have the whole floor to yourself, as our bathroom and private entrance are on the 5th floor, where our kitchen with cooking island and the living room are also located. Roof and panoramic windows make the open space particularly bright. There is even more sun on our beautiful terrace, which offers enough space for gardening, relaxing and much more :)
The apartment is also well connected to public transport. The ring and underground station "Bundesplatz" can be reached in five minutes on foot and is only three stops from the 'Südkreuz' and five stops from the 'Zoologischer Garten'.
Finally, a few lines about us. Jelena is 31 years old and a freelance actress. Her next guest engagement is at the Schwäbisch Hall Open Air Theater and she will not be in the shared apartment for a while. My name is Max, I am 35 years old and work as an editor, which means that I edit films and series. We are a couple and share a bedroom on the 5th floor and Jelena has a room on the 4th floor to work in, which is rarely used.
We work or travel a lot, but we like to sit together for a meal or a coffee with our roommate when the opportunity arises. We also value our privacy and peace and quiet, which can be found in our shared apartment.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super durch die Ringbahn und U Bahnen am Bundesplatz die fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt sind. Supermärkte sind in näherer Umgebung vertreten.
Wir sitzen gerne wenn es sich ergibt bei Kaffee Tee oder essen zusammen , arbeiten alle aber viel oder sind viel unterwegs weswegen das eher selten vorkommt oder auf jeden Fall spontan ergibt. Es ist sehr gemütlich und ungezwungen. Alle verstehen sich gut.
