Very nice and peaceful neighbourhood with all the shops you need and gyms just a few minutes walk away.

The flat was renovated in 2018 and is fully furnished and equipped. The bathroom, the kitchen, the living-room and the balcony are shared with two other girls.

The neighbourhood is really cozy, peaceful, nice and clean!

You will live with two other female flatmates, 25 and 21 years old. You can communicate with both flatmates in German, English and Spanish. They are both very kind and organized.

We share the bathroom, the kitchen, the living-room and the balcony. Apart of the TV in my room, there is a large TV in the living room for movie nights. You can also have a nice breakfast or smoke at the balcony, where we have some furniture.

We share the expenses for the cleaning supplies and divide the cleaning chores. We clean the common rooms regularly (every 10 days or two weeks).

About me: I am currently doing an internship in Munich until April 30th, but I will probably stay 4-5 months longer for writing my thesis here. Hence, I am interested in renting the room to someone that can FLEXIBLY STAY LONGER!
I will confirm the extension in a timely manner (the latest on late march).

650 € deposit is 100% refundable if you leave the room clean and take care of the furniture and other appliances.

The deposit is an insurance for the safety of my belongings, the belongings of my roommates, the appliances and furniture in the apartment.

You will receive your own keys and the room will be perfectly clean before you arrive.

You need your own bed sheets and towels!
