One room available for a short term of approx. 4 months. The room has a high bed and is better suitable for an exchange student or a young person who needs a temporary stay. Preferably a female but a male will also be considered. Thx. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. A security deposit of €825 from which the last month's accommodation fees could be deducted. Is also required in case of damages to the flat or its fixtures. As well as lost of the keys to the flat or any additional operational costs that might incur. No registration will be offered for this short term please! Looking for a reliable, tidy and responsible person. A mutual "household agreement" will be written as guideline for accommodation thanks.
Location ideal - 10-15 minutes with the bus or train/U-bahn to any central destination. Bus stop, train station/S-bahn/U-bahn are 3-5 minutes walk from the flat. Supermarkets, banks, Steglitz and Forum shopping centres are also 3-5 minutes walk.
NO COUPLES! NO SMOKING! NO ANIMALS! Thanks.
A total of 2 or 3 persons will be sharing the vacilities. Preferably no online schooling nor online jobs please.

Kurzfristiges Zimmer für 4 Monate. Das Zimmer zu vermieten hat ein Hochbett und eignet sich besser für einen Austauschschüler oder einen Jugendlichen, der einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt benötigt. Am liebsten eine Frau flatmate aber Male Studenten/Jungs werden auch eine chance bekommen. Danke. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Kaution von €825. Vobei die letzte Monatsmiete kann aus der Kaution bezahlt werden. Und gegen Schlüssel verlust, Wohnung beschaetigen und moegliche zusatz Betrieb kosten. Für diesen kurzfristigen wohnen wird bitte keine Anmeldung angeboten!
Ich suche eine zuverlässige, ordentliche und verantwortungsbewusste Person.
Als Richtlinie für die Unterbringung wird eine gegenseitige Haushaltsvereinbarung verfasst.
