The bright and quiet room is beautifully furnished with a single bed, study table and wardrobes. The room has a lock system that will ensure security and privacy. Perfect for students and young professionals. In the common space, there is a large cupboard that can also be used. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen, sofas, washing machine, TV, fast internet, and a large dining table. There are two toilets in the apartment.

The room has newly installed lights. The quilt, bedsheet, pillow, and cuision are provided to make you feel comfortable.

There is also a storage room of apartments where you could store other stuff.

Long term rental is possible.

The apartment is centrally located with a supermarket (Lidl), Euro Shop, barber, Rossmann, BioMarkt, Sparkasse ATM, bakery, and restaurants, Betahaus - coworking in Berlin and worldwide, 5 minutes walking distance.

Betahaus is a place where there are many startups. A great place to find jobs for young professionals.

The apartment is 6 minutes walking distance from Checkpoint Charlie. Checkpoint Charlie was a crossing point in the Berlin Wall located at the junction of Friedrichstraße with Zimmerstraße and Mauerstraße (which for older historical reasons coincidentally means "Wall Street"). There are many souvenir shops where part-time jobs are abundant for students.

The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. The nearest metro station is U Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie which is 5 minutes away. The other Metro station (U Stadtmitte) is only 8 minutes away. The apartment is 5 stops (10 minutes) by bus to Alexanderplatz. It is well connected as it is centrally located.

We are a vegetarian couple from Nepal who have experience living in several countries and understand multiculturism. We are open-minded, nature-conscious, and friendly and prefer that the apartment remains vegetarian or vegan.

We also host a German lady in another room of the apartment who is amazing and has philantropic goals in her life.

We are both working professionally and are not at home during working days. In the common space, we have a big TV, big sofas, and a large dining table which can also be used to study and work. We cook often and would be glad to share our tasty food.

Living in the same apartment means that we are nice to each others.

The WG has all the amenities such as utensils, cookware, micro oven, iron, TV, refrigerator, and couch. It is centrally located but is a silent neighbor, there is an open space on both sides of the apartment. Therefore the entire apartment is well-lit. There is a common balcony accessible from the living room.

We offer a viewing as it would allow us to know each other. More importantly, you would be able to witness how amazing our apartment is. We are here to create a home with you.
