You would live next to the river Spree and close to the bridges Elsenbrücke and Oberbaumbrücke :)
good connection with bus, S-Bahn and Ringbahn. U Warschauer Strasse 15 minutes away by walk. Spree 5 minutes, Treptower Park and Stralauer half-island too :)
respect and tolerance is a must. someone who´s open minded, but also on his own rhythm.
