Zwei schöne Zimmer werden gerade frei. Beide wurden kürzlich gestrichen. Laminatboden. Der Schnitt ist ganz angenehm und man kann die Fläche gut nutzen. Der Vermieter bietet die Zimmer einzeln an (Teilmöbliert). Es gilt Pauschal-Warmmiete. Er ist kurz angebunden über Whatsapp erreichbar.
Küche und Bad sind jeweils mit Fenster ausgestattet. Ansonsten nichts besonders dolles aber funktioniert.
Fahrräder können in den Hinterhof gestellt werden. Dieser ist nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich.

Two nice rooms are currently becoming available. Both were recently repainted. Laminate flooring. The layout is quite pleasant, and the space can be well utilized. The landlord is offering the rooms individually (partly furnished). The rent is a flat rate, including all utilities. He is easily reachable via WhatsApp.
The kitchen and bathroom each have a window. Otherwise, nothing too special, but everything works.
Bicycles can be stored in the backyard, which is only accessible with a key.

Mein Name ist Lennart, ich bin auch erst kürzlich eingezogen. Wir werden uns also komplett neu einleben können und es gibt keinerlei Strukturen, an die wir uns anpassen müssen. Die Beiden anderen Zimmer werden gerade frei.
Ich bin von Beruf Zimmerer. Tagsüber also immer unterwegs.
Ich koche gerne und bin auch oft dafür zuhaben gemeinsam abzuhängen. Aber halt nicht immer. Mir wär wichtig, dass wir den Haushalt ohne Diskussion geschmissen bekommen. Am liebsten so, dass es einfach nebenbei funktioniert und man weder Putzplan noch Erinnerungen braucht.
Ich ernähre mich nicht Vegan oder Veggie.
Ich geh gerne mal feiern oder in Bars.

I’m a carpenter by profession, so I’m always out and about during the day.
I enjoy cooking and am often up for hanging out together. But not all the time. It’s important to me that we manage the household without any arguments. Ideally, it works in such a way that it just flows, and we don’t need a cleaning schedule or reminders.
I don’t follow a vegan or vegetarian diet.
I like going out to party or to bars.
Occasionally, my boyfriend🌈 or friends come over for a visit.
