The room is free for one months from the 19th of December until the 23rd of January. The space is big, it has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, two sofas and a tv.
It's located in Friedrichshain in Wühlischstraße (next to Boxi), 10 minutes by feet from U5, Sbahn and Ring, and there is a M13 stop in front of the door.
In the flat live other three people, chill and nice workers, always up to drink or eat something together. No loud noise during the week.
The rent I wrote is what I pay for one month, so it will be 490€ + the extra days.
I ask 50€ for the deposit, but they'll be returned to you as soon as I'm back if everything is fine.
In the flat live two cats, just for you to know :)
