Hey everyone, we have a room that will be available from the 1st of February, since the last person who lived there is moving out next week we'll need you to pay for February but moving in date is flexible, we are 4 people wg multicultural and queer friendly, the language usually spoken in the WG is English since that's the only language that everyone knows but some of us also speak German. the apartment is 5 mins walking distance from U Bahn Warschauer Str.
The room is small 3x3.5 m but it also has an additional smaller room that's included only for the small room's owner it's size is 3x3 m, the smaller room is fit to be a studio for a musician, a panter, a tattoo studio or a walk in closet both rooms cost 520 € but you can't take one without the other. Official registration is possible (Anmeldung).
We're looking for someone who wants to settle down at least for a while, our wg has gone through times where a lot of people came and went and we're trying to break out of that to create a home like atmosphere. The people who live here are open minded and very different from each other but we're respectful and communicative with each other. We don't want extremists doesn't matter if they're extreme leftist or rightist, we don't need to be similar but being able to have open communication is our least requirement.
P.S: we have a cat in the apartment so don't send a request if you're allergic.
