The room is 14sqm, unfurnished, and comes with a built-in loft bed. In short: it's cozy. The flat itself is huge at ~200sqm, much of which is shared, open floor common space (kitchen, dining, living rooms). There are three full bathrooms and a spare office/atelier space. The flat is in an od factory building with double-height ceilings.
In Bergmannkiez, right next to Gneisenaustraße/U7 (not far from Mehringdamm/U6)
Tons of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as Marheineke Markthalle and a weekly outdoor flea market! Also have many parks nearby – Viktoriapark, Tempelhof, Hasenheide all within easy walking distance
We are Zsofia (24, Hungarian-American), Finn (23, German-American), Erik (24, Paraguayan), Sebastian (31, Colombian), and Alma (22, German). All of us work or study, have various schedules, and have a pretty laid-back WG life. Sometimes we'll watch a movie together, throw a party, or invite over friends but everyone also has time and space for themselves.
One of our flatmates, Marc, is moving back to Bavaria, so his room is opening up and we're looking for someone friendly, chill, and tidy to join the WG :)
