Mietzeitraum ist 2-3 Monate Das Zimmer ist möbliert, ruhig, hell und gut als Home Office nutzbar.
Hausburgstrasse/Friedrichshain. Der Kiez ist relaxed, es gibt einige Parks und Grünanlagen in Reichweite. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut in alle Richtungen (5min zur Ringbahn Landsberger Allee, S8 und Tram 5,6,8,10).
Ihr solltet ü25 sein, etwas Wg Erfahrung mitbringen und in der Küche nicht chaotisch sein. Einen fröhlichen Hund gibts hier (könnt auch gerne noch einen mitbringen). Ich selbst bin unkompliziert und ein friedlicher Mensch, der nicht gerne streitet.
Ich wünsche mir ein freundliches, unverkrampftes Miteinander. Nicht willkommen sind Rechtsradikale und religiöse Fanatiker.
Bei Bedarf kann ich euch Bettzeug und Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen. Inklusive sind Haushaltskonsumgüter wie WC-Papier und Waschmittel.
