From the 1st of April on there will be a room available in our shared flat. The room is partly furnished and comes with a sofa and a big matrasse. The rest of the flat is fully furnished of course. You'd be sharing the flat with me and Sam.
The room is really big and bright and has its own balcony. We are looking for someone to live with for a couple of months, with the change of staying long-term and we're for someone respectful and friendly, who actually likes living with other people.
We clean the flat once a week and we ask our future flatmate to participate in the weekly cleaning. It's nicer to feel with people, who actually feel responsible for their surroundings, so if you feel approached by this please reach out!
We live right besides Hermannplatz and infracstructure does its name around here full justice. It's probably the best hood in the city and we couldn't imagine living else where. There is access to U-Bahn line 7 and 8 and the station is only a 2 min walk away from our place.
The neighbourhood is full of nice bars, cafés and parks to grab a beer in the sun.
We like to live in a clean environment, so that it's important for us to share the flat with people, who actually care about their surrounding and are interested in making the flat look nice! We love chatting but we also love our privacy. Nothing should be forced and we like going with the flow.
