Schönes, helles Zimmer mit großen Fenstern in 3er WG.
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht bleiben nicht alle Möbel wie auf den Bildern, sondern nur Bett und Schrank. Die Küche ist mit voller Ausstattung und Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Badewanne vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse, welche wir gemeinschaftlich nutzen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Görlitzer Park mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe (was einem im Moment wenig bringt). Die U1 und U3 sowie M29 sind eine Minute fußläufig entfernt.
Wir sind alle arbeitstätig und legen deswegen viel Wert auf rücksichtsvollen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Wenn du also ordentlich und normal sauber bist, wäre das schön :)
Wir unternehmen ab und zu etwas zusammen aber geben auch jedem seinen Freiraum und Ruhe.
