It has high ceiling, wooden floor and a south side balcony.
The balcony is shared with the neighbouring room.
The room is partially furnished.
We use this room as our office and would make space for a bed/ matress, which you have to bring/ organize!
there will be a desk, sofa and rack for clothes etc.

The room is very quiet and faces the southside.

Comfortable bathroom with washing-machine.
The kitchen is big and fully equipped.

We are leaving for two months to visit family abroad and we would like to find a trustworthy,
respectful and easy going person.

You will stay sharing the apartment with another person, renting the second room.
We don´t smoke or cook meat in the house, and we clean one week each.

We would like to choose someone who is calm, respectful, clean and tidy.
Someone who likes plants and take care of them.

We are looking for a person that is reliable and responsible with the general care of the house and things in the house.

Anmeldung is possible for this period of 2 months.
The price is €650/ per month.

Animals are not allowed.
We can´t provide sheets, towels etc.

the transport connection is very good, 8 minutes walking to S Storkower Str. station
and 8 minutes walking to U Samariterstrasse station on Frankfurter Allee.

I would love that the person who stays in my room likes plants and has no problem caring for them during those two months.
