Zwei schöne geräumige Zimmer werden ab dem 15. Januar bis Ende März zur Untermiete (leider müssen wir danach die Wohnung auflösen) frei in unserer gemütlichen WG. Es erwartet dich eine freundliche und aktive Mitbewohnerin. Die Zimmer sind 27m² (Zimmer 1: für 438,11 EUR pro Monat) und 23m² (Zimmer 2: 406,64 EUR pro Monat) groß und werden halbmöbliert vermietet. Sofa, Bettgestell, Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch und ein kleiner Tisch können im Zimmer bleiben.

Two nice spacious rooms will be available for sublet from January 15th until the end of March (unfortunately we have to dissolve the apartment after that) in our cozy shared flat. You will live with a friendly and active roommate. The rooms are 27m² (room 1: for 438.11 EUR per month) and 23m² (room 2: 406.64 EUR per month) and are rented semi-furnished. Sofa, bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk and a small table can remain in the room.
Es ist eine eher ruhige Gegend in Friedrichshain, gleich in der Nähe des Frankfurter Tors. Es gibt 1 Späti in der Nähe. Cafés und Bars sowie der belebtere Teil von Friedrichshain sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Straßenbahnen M10 und 21 sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die U5 ist ganz in der Nähe. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Kiezmarkt. Wenn man sich ein wenig mehr Zeit nimmt, findet man auch größere Supermärkte in fußläufiger Entfernung (Biomarkt, Rewe etc.).

It's a more quiet area of Friedrichshain, just up the road from Frankfurter Tor. There is 1 späti nearby, and coffee places and bars in the more busy part of Friedrichshain are also within walking distance.
The trams M10 and 21 are close, and U5 is only 5 to 10 min walk. Around the corner you will find a little Kiezmarkt, and a few more minutes away other supermarkets as well (like Biomarkt, Rewe etc.).
Du wirst mit zwei Mitbewohner:innen zusammenleben, Michèle (35 J.) und die andere Person wird auch gesucht ;). Jede hat zwar ihr eigenes aktives Leben, aber Interaktion und Kontakt sind mir sehr wichtig. Ich finde es schön, wenn die Türen nicht ständig verschlossen sind und auch mal kurz ein kleines Pläuschchen zu halten. Es gibt Zeiten da bin ich viel zuhause (auch häufig im Home-Office), aber dann gibt es auch Momente, an denen ich unterwegs und aktiv bin.
Wir respektieren es aber natürlich auch, wenn man mal etwas Zeit für sich selbst braucht. Es sollte sich eben auf natürliche Weise ausgleichen, vielleicht mal durch gemeinsames Kochen oder ein Spiel, einen Drink oder sonstiges. Und wenn wir Freunde dabei werden, umso schöner!
Die grundlegende Dinge in der WG haben wir immer geteilt, wie z. B. Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel, und ein paar Lebensmittel wie Olivenöl, Brot, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch usw. Ansonsten hat jede ihr eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und einige Dinge sind selbst gebaut.

You will live with two roommates, Michèle (35 y.) and the other one I am also still searching ;). Everyone has their own active life, but interaction and contact are very important to me. I like open doors and little chats in between, when it’s possible. There are times when I am at home a lot (often working from home), but then there are also times when I am out and about a lot.
Of course, I also respect it when you need some time for yourself. There should just be a nice natural balance, perhaps even cooking together from time to time or playing a game, having a drink or something else. And if we become friends, even better!
We always shared the basic things in the flat, such as toilet paper, cleaning products and a few groceries like olive oil, bread, onions, garlic, etc. Otherwise, everyone has their own shelf in the fridge.
The apartment is cozy and some things are handmade.
Alle Geschlechter, Orientierungen, Identitäten und Nationalitäten sind willkommen! Da es sich hierbei um eine Berufstätigen-WG handelt suche ich vor allem gesellige Personen in meinem Alter mit einem entspannten Lebensstil.
Ein Vertrag und Anmeldung sind für die kurze Untermiete leider nicht möglich.
